Shubha Ganesan

Inventor

Shubha (pronounced “shoo-BAH”) is an Inventor who brings her innate curiosity, fascination with human behavior and systems thinking, and passion for purpose-driven innovation to every project.

Before joining ?WhatIf!, she honed her skills as a Management Consultant, helping clients at all stages of their digital transformation journeys. Whether leading a global Scrum team, designing technology solutions for a major retailer, or researching the future of smart-homes, Shubha understands how to tackle complex challenges with a human lens and a sense of adventure. She graduated from Middlebury College, where she studied Geography and Environmental Studies, exploring the ways that space, place, and scale impact how we view and interact with the world.

When not working, she can usually be found tackling something new – from ambitious bakes to the latest item on her ever-growing reading list – or sampling her way through Chicago’s many restaurants.
