Crystal believes in being inquisitive, organized, and authentic – all of which make her an instrumental Foundation Inventor. She is constantly seeking to understand the layers behind an insight to generate a more nuanced perspective for her teams. Crystal’s can-do attitude motivates her to think creatively and push her thinking outside the box. She is committed to learning, asking all the “why’s,” and being a collaborative thought partner no matter how big or small the challenge.
Before calling ?What If! home, Crystal worked at an advertising agency where she contributed to successful strategic marketing campaigns for live music festivals and some of Broadway’s most exciting and progressive advertisements.
When not plotting and planning in the innovation space, Crystal is curating events with her friends, editing for a lifestyle magazine, finding more time to dance, and trying new things with her partner and daughter.
