Susanne is a Quantitative research expert with 20 years of Market Research experience. She is specialized in quantitative innovation research and worked on a variety of research projects in diverse settings and for a wide range of clients. Her passion is to understand and explain consumer behaviour in order to help clients to make decisions based on real insights and statistical techniques. Her core skills are curiosity combined with an analytical mind, her motto is “keep it simple”.
Susanne’s experience has spanned numerous industries, from consumer electronics to baby food. There is no boring research, it gets more interesting the more you learn about a subject. Prior to joining ?What If! Susanne worked at different independent market research companies.
When she’s not at work you can find her spending time with her two boys and husband or cycling through the Dutch dunes.
