Raina Rahbar


Raina has a keen eye for defining growth, culture change and innovation strategies that are culturally attuned to a company’s core capabilities. Through her work, she focuses on how specific organizational levers can help companies transform so they can get the most out of their employees and, in turn, better serve their customers. At ?What If! Raina has helped a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company create a Diversity and Inclusion vision and activation plan and has partnered with a major insurance company to spark an organization-wide culture of innovation. In addition, Raina has helped a global spirits company redesign its new product development process to incorporate big picture, front-end innovation activities.

Before joining ?What If!, Raina worked in branding and innovation consulting to help brands in apparel, logistics and supply chain, and financial services develop innovation processes, innovation training programs, customer experience strategies and change management roadmaps. Raina earned an M.B.A. and M.S. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. from Brown University.

Depending on the season, Raina spends her weekends on the slopes or catching waves.

The ?! moment I’ve felt the most Love:
I was working with the Diversity and Inclusion team for a major pharmaceutical company, and we ran a privilege exercise to reveal the obstacles and benefits that each person had experienced in their lives. The exercise brought us closer together as we learned about the unique challenges and circumstances our teammates had faced!
