In 1996, while watching Jurassic Park for the first time, Natalia quickly identified the brains behind the operation, ran to her parents and without a second’s hesitation affirmed she was to become a geneticist. This deep curiosity fuels her work at ?What If!, where she focuses on the magic that happens at the intersection of business strategy, technology, human-centered design and healthcare.
Before joining ?What If!, Natalia spent close to 8 years as a scientist in biotech and academia, researching everything from the neurobiology of cocaine addiction to cancer. In her quest to increase the breadth of her expertise and impact, she decided to hang up her lab coat in 2017 and pursue an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Outside of work, Natalia loves to experience different cuisines, languages and ways of life through travel. When she’s not jetting off to see the world, she can be found listening to true crime podcasts, finding excuses to try new restaurants and exploring the endless wonders of Brooklyn.
