Meghan finds human beings and their stories fascinating. As a former psychologist, Meghan brings deep empathy to her work by asking questions and really listening for what’s important to clients and customers. She loves identifying fresh insights that lead to human-centric solutions, especially ones that disrupt ‘business as usual’.
A great day at the office for Meghan looks like tackling a scary new challenge or being front of room, leading clients through innovation behaviours. So far at ?What If! she has worked on global transformation for one of the world’s biggest energy companies and facilitated behavioural experimentation with one of the UK’s biggest banks, creating tremendous cultural and commercial value. Before ?What If!, Meghan counselled at a top-rated addictions facility in the U.S. before moving to London in 2013. After making the leap across the pond with one suitcase and zero Plan B, she worked as Training Manager for a major coffee and sandwich chain where she championed employee engagement and cultural on-boarding. Hungry for creative and customer-facing work, Meghan moved into Marketing where she managed on-premise marketing and social media.
Meghan grew up in Chicago and still craves Portillo’s hot dogs. On the weekend, she’s walking the parks or cruising food stalls, taking overpriced yoga classes and working with her husband/co-founder on their clothing company.Back to people
