Matt likes to question the rules of the world around us. By rebelling against our perceptions about products, people and services, he believes we can build tangible solutions that benefit everyone. The challenge of communicating this with other people, through both the spoken and written word, is what motivates him. Matt has stretched his skills in the healthcare and financial services industries. He has taken insurance clients on the journey of someone in need of knee surgery and gathered insight from a gloriously peculiar range of related world experts; from vicars to veterinary surgeons.
Previously, Matt spent two years teaching English in a secondary school in East London, developing the creative thinking of his students. His role now has been equally focussed on creativity, although generally less hormonal.
At weekends, you might find Matt channelling his inner Roy Keane on Hackney Marshes, exploring London on his new bike, or debating where exactly his northern roots have gone.

The ?! moment I’ve had the greatest Adventure:
Cautiously creeping into a crumbling basement warehouse in Soho to lead an insight interview with a pair of drag queens- experts on the theme of transformation. Their expertise helped challenge some of our assumptions about the process of change.
