A conscientious listener, provocative questioner and insightful thinker; Louise thrives most when bringing the voice of customers back into businesses. A few of her ?What If! highlights include: transforming the family experience at a leading hotels group; inventing a new yoghurt to change the way people think about digestion; and designing a customer service to ease the frustrations of internet problems for a leading broadband provider.
Before ?What If!, Louise’s career centred around understanding what and how people think, in order to make an impactful difference. After studying Philosophy and English at Cambridge University, she started out in advertising before transitioning into a customer-centric consultancy. More recently, her love of travel and curiosity to discover her roots led her to spend two years working in Singapore, where she helped The Futures Company grow their business.
Louise enjoys rock climbing, tearing up the badminton court and experimenting with fusion cooking.
