Jenny is motivated by the challenge of solving big, complex problems and is happiest when delivering change that focuses on what really matters – the people.
Starting her career at Accenture, she subsequently worked as an investigative journalist making TV documentaries where she honed her storytelling and research skills. Returning to consulting, Jenny has led a series of strategy, brand innovation and organisational change projects.
Acting as a trusted partner to her clients through the uncertainties of growth and change, she has worked with Nike, Nando’s, Seedlip and other companies to transform their businesses. Most recently, she has guided the world’s biggest beauty company through a cultural transformation to inject agility and consumer insight into their business.
Outside work, Jenny spends her time following contemporary art and working on her chaturanga dandasana.
