Dagmara is driven by her belief that great propositions have a powerfully positive effect on lives and make the world better. She loves to flex her intellect, creativity and commerciality to help organisations harness this and grow in an ever more meaningful and impactful way.
Prior to ?What If! she partnered with leading corporates to help realise their ambitions through the development of viable and valuable growth strategies and innovation opportunities, such as the first B2B online proposition for an energy company, a telco proposition targeted at migrants, and a new audio entertainment business line. She also (bravely?) partnered with her husband to found several ventures, one of which grew to be Europe’s largest online sunglass retailer, and, more recently, an ethical activewear brand.
An academic grounding in Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University cultivated a perceptive, empathetic and curious approach that enables her to unearth meaningful insights, unpick tricky business challenges and imagine promising solutions. Her entrepreneurial experience has fostered a commercial nous, pragmatism, flexibility and resourcefulness to help realise those solutions.
Dagmara loves living by the sea with her husband, two children and two dogs, doing a bit of Pilates and attempting to turn her family into adventurous foodies.
