Her experience has spanned numerous industries, from designing a vision for the future of healthcare for a lead retailer, re-imagining the consumer strategy for a dairy client and leveraging existing assets to develop a game-changing loyalty proposition for a global airline.
Prior to joining ?What If!, Anna worked as an insight lead and media strategist with the UK’s largest retailer. In this fast-paced environment, Anna engaged numerous stakeholders to champion consumer needs, build effective FMCG strategies and drive tangible business change.
The moment I feel most pride in ‘adding value’ is when clients share the impact you have had on their business. Having delivered consumer-led insight recommendations across 18 categories in 5 different markets for one global FMCG business, we have managed to step change their approach to product launches, R&D and sustainability initiatives in a matter of months!
