OVERVIEW: Provide administrative and strategic support to a cohort of Directors and / or Partners.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Directors / Partners from an administrative perspective including:
    • Answer phones, screen calls, and provide correspondence as needed
    • Book meetings, conference rooms and videoconferences
    • Coordinate all travel, accommodations and other reservations including the completion of itineraries (and manage any in-transit changes)
    • Evaluate incoming requests and direct to appropriate parties as appropriate
    • Impute expenses, receive and code receipts and submit expenses for reimbursement in a timely manner (by completing monthly travel expense reports)
    • Manage schedules, maintain calendars, and anticipate the Director’s/Partners needs (e.g. setting up conference bridges, printing out materials, etc.)
    • Provide professional correspondence responses on behalf of Director’s/Partners
    • Screen phone calls and emails as required
    • Copy editing/proofing client proposals and presentations
    • Manage and update client and other external contacts
    • Input Directors / Partner’s time into time tracking software on a weekly basis
    • Be able to support, manage, and lead special projects and initiatives as needed
    • Provide Backup for Receptionist when needed
    • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when leading and managing special projects and matters of importance on behalf of the Directors/Partners
    • Engage in content development when requested for company meetings and project needs

SKILL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

    • 2-5 years related experience required with established track record
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
