We’re looking for a lead service designer to join our team. Someone with a minimum of 5 years Service Design experience who has strong consultative skills as well as leading service design ability. Must have had experience leading the successful design and implementation of highly complex web experiences. The candidate needs to be able to demonstrate how they have married the often conflicting worlds of customer desirability, commercial viability and delivery feasibility. Strong B2B experience required.

The project is an exciting, high profile, complex B2B web build involving multiple stakeholders. The role will involve defining the project plan, leading the process, managing the client experience, running client sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment and designing the end to end journey of a new B2B digital interface. It will involve understanding how to incorporate existing digital services and supporting operations into a new end to end digital customer experience. The Lead Service Designer will need to work closely with the UX Lead to design the end to end journey and identity and run design tests to validate with customers.

Must be proficient in the use of all industry standard programs, languages and tools needed to do the role.
