im has an endless curiosity for people and the organisations they live and work in – their stories, their potential for brilliance and the things that accelerate them and hold them back. At ?What If! he’s delivered cultural and commercial impact across healthcare, banking and financial services, retail and media through a range of insight-led transformation programmes and inspirational learning experiences. He excels at building shared energy and self-belief, and helps clients to crack tough problems by channeling their innate creativity and re-connecting with the people they serve in fresh and surprising ways. He’s also passionately committed to seeing clients translate their learning into powerful actions that make change happen.
He has used his gifts for collaboration and insight to solve a variety of leadership, capability and cultural challenges – starting in-house at Bupa then moving into consultancy via an MSc in Business Psychology. Pre-?What If! adventures included calming irate fishermen in English coastal towns and creating logistics training for elevator mechanics in the Middle East. He lives within goal-roaring distance of the Emirates stadium in north London and is a man of simple pleasures: cruising on a bike with the wind in his hair, pottering about aimlessly in the garden and enjoying outdoor adventures with his wife and little boy.
