aina has a keen eye for defining growth and change management strategies, as well as innovation processes that are culturally attuned to a company’s core capabilities. Through her work, she focuses on how these organizational levers can help companies transform so they are able to get the most out of their employees and, in turn, better serve their customers.
Before joining ?WhatIf!, Raina worked in branding and innovation consulting to help brands like Gap Inc., FedEx, VF Corporation, and TD Bank develop innovation processes, innovation training programs, and change management roadmaps. In 2012 she earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and an M.S. from the School of Natural Resources and the Environment, where she focused on innovation management, strategy, and behavior change.
Raina recently moved to Manhattan from San Francisco with her partner, and they spend their weekends searching for the best NYC surf spot.
