eginning with that first lego fortress he constructed as a child, Dan has always been a builder and problem solver who brings equal parts creativity and strategy to any innovation challenge—always with a goal to make ideas real. With extensive experience in the financial services and e-commerce sectors—in both an established multinational organization and a scrappy entrepreneurial startup—he has found a home as an Inventor on the Commercial team.
Prior to joining ?What If!, Dan spent four years working in Strategy & Corporate Development at JPMorgan, where he advised senior leaders of the Private Banking organization on a variety of key growth and operational initiatives. Most recently, Dan founded a New York-based e-commerce startup, honing new skills including programming, branding, and business development.
Outside of spreadsheets and strategy, Dan likes to keep things simple—and can typically be found enjoying everything from tacos to thai at his favorite spots in Hell's Kitchen. When looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, he likes to road trip with his wife—everywhere from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon and on down the 101—in search of new sites, sounds, and the best local watering holes.
