enjamin’s appreciation for language and diction are ingrained in his passion for storytelling. In tandem with his left-brain affinity for words and logic, he thrives on creativity and big picture thinking. Lebo—as most people know him—values meaningful connection with others. A thoughtful collaborator who is unafraid to either lead or follow, he challenges conventions and helps to bring out the best in those around him.

Prior to ?What If!, Lebo leveraged his skillset across a host of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, retail, not-for-profit, and client services. As a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Rosetta, he worked closely with an international telecom brand to launch a global segmentation of Internet users. Identifying four addressable targets, he helped integrate the segmentation within the organization by building audience and product marketing blueprints, creating short and long term growth strategies, and designing new user acquisition and current user retention tactics.

Lebo graduated from Bucknell University with dual majors in Economics and Philosophy. While he is proud to call Manhattan home, his passion for sports never keeps him far from the golf course, ski mountain, or soccer field (captaining a competitive soccer team at Chelsea Piers and traveling to Brazil for 3 World Cup matches). He loves travel, culture, and music, frequenting concerts and always trying to discover the next great artist.
