Asia Practice CEO Yi Ta Chng spoke recently at the Human Capital Summit, Asia’s largest human resources event. Organized by the Singapore Government’s Human Capital Leadership Institute, the conference ran for two days with more than 800 participants from Asian companies and leading western multinationals.
Yi Ta featured on a panel titled “Innovation: Leading Across Borders”; he was joined by Gilbert Ghostine of Diageo, Peter Cheese of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and Maurizio Marchesini of P&G.
Yi Ta spoke about identifying and defining “where to play” in Asia in light of new consumer practices, developing—and trusting—a business instinct, and the importance of having a well-balanced—and influential—team.
