Ignited new approach to innovation for the Asia Pac team of a global bank, skilling up attitude and behaviors and putting in place organizational structures to make creative changes inevitable; resulted in the company’s new Singapore credit card campaign, achieving 122 percent card acquisition over target and a 23 percent increase in spending per active account.

Created an innovation tool kit and learning program for international consumer goods company used globally to grow brands across all markets.

Partnered with global search engine to blend their mathematical wizardry with our creative learning tools, enabling them to radically upgrade the quality of their ad sales.
